Best service in town. The staff is just amazingly friendly. We've ate here some many times working in town I think we're considered regulars

Fantastic breakfast!!! You get SO much food for the money. I had the breakfast buffet and it was wonderful! Another friend ordered an omelette with a pancake on the side...both were HUGE. The pancake was bigger than the plate. Staff is very friendly and the place is clean. We will most definitely be back on our next trip to Indian River.

These 2 plates were for kids breakfast! Can u imagine any kid eating this much food at.one sitting? The waitress knew we were ordering for kids and didn't warn us.. coffee was terrible and the hostess said it's very popular in the area..lol

Fish is excellent, rest of the food is good but average. Home made pies are amazing, normally don't eat pies, but theirs worth every single calorie.

We had great food here, and the service was good. The potato soup was good, Fish was excellent, and the Club sandwich was impressive. We had to take half home. They handcarves the turkey and ham for it. Yummy food!

Came in for late lunch, Alaskan Cod Dinner, which was perfect!! Best meal I've had in a long time. Thanks Ethan (the cook) for such great food and Hannah (the waitress) for great service. Thank you Wilson's for the great food, service and experience at a great price!

Common at best... had the Turkey dinner, the gravy was so dark I thought it was beef gravy at first, it was just okay. It is irritating that they charge 3.75% for the use of a credit card. A real business absorbs the small cost of providing that convenience for their customers.

Good food, but loud depressing country takes pretty much of the enjoyment away. Be certain of what comes on the food and you'll probably like it. I didn't confirm toppings and ended up halfway into a burger with something on it that made me gag. Friendly staff offered to take it off the bill, since the menu didn't say all toppings. This is probably the best family friendly dining experience in Indian River.

Our waitress was very friendly. Clean and fast service regardless of how busy it was. The fries are the best I have EVER had.

Excellent service and food large pieces of meaty perch and cod! Clam chowder meaty big pieces of celery potatoes etc! Must try! Yummy!

Great place to have a nice big breakfast. Everything was good, big servings all around. They offer a breakfast buffet as well. I recommend the breakfast combo, you get two sandwiched eggs and choose of meat, hash browns, and a side of home made gravy. The pancakes are also very good. The staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is next to the river which you can walk down to and see the water run.

This was a fantastic choice for our family. We had lunch out on their deck, which is perfect during the Coronavirus restrictions in Michigan. We ordered The Haystack and The Cuban sandwiches which both had delicious pulled pork. Our kids picked the BLT and a bowl of chili, both were very happy. The chips that came with our sandwiches were salt and pepper seasoned kettle chips which I highly enjoyed. Definitely stop here if you're hungry.

The good: The food was very good. From the pics you can see the portions are huge. The potato soup from the all-you-can-eat bar was very hearty. My son had the best club sandwich he's ever had. Service was very good, and country music gave the place a laid-back vibe.The not-so-good: prices are not so family friendly. Lunch prices are around $10. It cost our family of five about $55 for lunch with no drinks and before tip. There is also a 4% fee for using a credit card which we weren't aware of. in summary, we were going back and forth between a nicer sit-down place and Subway. This was far more memorable, but we paid about twice as much.

Amazing food and great service. I had their liver and onions and they were to die for!! Hubby had the little piggy sandwhich. I would definitely recommend that if you are in the area and need to stop and eat than this is where you should go. Reasonable prices as well.

Would normally be five star however part of our food was cold but only this time our waitress made it right going back today

Very short wait for a table, lots of hustle and bustle but the food was fantastic.

Wow! Like other restaurants, Wilson's was extra busy because they are limited in capacity currently. A simple call ahead cut our wait time down significantly. The breakfasts was delicious and the bloody Marys were also great! If you go to Wilson's you must try the cinnabun pancakes! We plan to make this a regular stop when we are in the area.

We pick a place every month to meet out daughter at a half way point and this time we went here. The food was great! Great price and sizes. The bathrooms not so much. Only one stall was clean and when we mentioned it to the staff, younger girls, their response was, how bad lol. If come to this town again we will go back.

Clean, fast service and great breakfast!

Great little place my father and I found on a work trip. The food tasted great, and the young lady that waited on us provided great service and answered any question we had. The employees were all very polite and were on the move constantly. Food came out quickly. Their pies are also fantastic. I'd definitely recommend going here. The employees were also dressed appropriately with masks and gloves to deal with the covid situation. Would recommend to anyone to eat here!

Awesome staff and food is plenty and delicious. Wife had cheeseburger sliders mother in law had chicken sliders and were great ..I had the little piggy burger and was huge.

Nice place to eat. It does not have a lot of seating. Staff and service was great at brunch on a Monday. Had the pancake, eggs, and meat platter with an add on hash brown. Pancakes were huge and cooked well. We asks for the hash browns to be crispy and well done and finally we found a place that knows how to cook well done hash browns. They were the best I have ever had. Very happy here and I look forward to returning for another meal.

This is my favorite place to get breakfast in Indian River! My sister and I were on our way to Mackinac Island from Petoskey and decided to stop here. This is really a hidden wonder. The atmosphere is fun, the food portions were huge and the price was actually really cheap! Everything was cooked perfectly and we have no complaints. For being kind of out in the middle of nowhere, I'd drive a little out of my way to go here for breakfast.

Good place to bring the family for breakfast buffet on Sunday morning. The place wasn't too busy while we were there but it was snowing and the roads were bad. They had plenty of options on the buffet and kept things well stocked. As for the menu, I don't know anything about it, I just went for the buffet.

Its hit or miss most of the time the food is good the service is always great today I had liver and onions 11.50 it was over cooked my baked potato was microwaved into hell it was hard and way over cooked.My friends meals were perfect the salad bar was well stocked and fresh.I highly recommend the open face hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes 8.95 enough for 2 people.My friend has grill cheese and salad bar.And my other friend had olive burger trys 9.95
